Job Title: Cyber Security Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join our team at Datasource Recruitment. As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will provide expert advice and guidance to government clients on governance and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on governance and security management to government clients.
  • Help with bids, proposals, and implementation and integration of security management systems.
  • Lead the implementation of security management systems and manage risk.
  • Lead a team of cyber security professionals and be responsible for cyber security technical programs.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Master's and/or bachelor's degree level education in a cyber security or technology-based discipline (or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience).
  • NCSC Certified Cyber Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and/or Implementer certification.
  • COMPTIA Security+ certification.
  • US CERT Insider Threat certifications.
  • CHECK penetration tester certification.
  • Certified Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor certification.
