**About the role**

The role of Colleague Service Advisor is central to providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service. Westfield Health are dedicated to making a healthy difference to the quality of life of our customers.

The Colleague Service Advisor will work within the Reception Team to provide support in the delivery of the internal wellbeing strategy for Westfield Health.

Employees have access to a large, fully equipped Active Space alongside 3 dedicated studios offering a comprehensive group training programme, hair & beauty salon as well as wider fully integrated employee wellbeing programme.

The role would be Monday - Friday with varied shift patterns and is based at one of our large Corporate locations in West London.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide up to date information about our products and services across all service lines; hair & beauty and fitness
- Paying particular attention and focus with the membership system ensuring that all membership enquiries are processed and dealt with effectively.
- Form an integral part of the ‘Customer Journey’ and will strive to continually review and improve where possible.
- Management of diaries and customer appointments.
- Strong communication skills with clients and employees both face to face, by telephone and written correspondence.
- Working closely with all departments and team members to ensure consistency and professional delivery of services.
- Retain customers through promoting the benefits of our products
- Supporting customers with queries and helping them to register for our online services

**Education and Qualifications**

Required:

- GCSE’s or equivalent

- First Aid at work

**Experience**

Required:

- Previous customer service experience

Desired:

- Experience working within a hair & beauty salon and/or Fitness Centre

**Skills**

Required:

- Strong, clear and effective communication skills so you exceed customer expectations
- A genuine interest in helping people
- Flexible and adaptable, open to change and new ways of working, with a positive can-do attitude
- PC literate and capable of operating new systems with confidence and accuracy, competent in using Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive approach to your own development

Desired:

- Use of a CRM based software system (Virtuagym, Iris etc)
