Join us as an Invoice Finance Auditor & Surveyor Associate
- In this key role, you’ll conduct on-site audits and prospect surveys, ensuring completion to a high standard within the required timescales
- Working in partnership with invoice finance coverage teams, you’ll make sure that risk management is robust and growth is sustainable
- This is an opportunity to thrive in an environment where we’ll support your career progression and development
- You'll be required to visit client sites predominately across the Midlands and North Wales up to three times a week, so you'll need to hold a driver's licence

**What you'll do**:
You’ll be reviewing client information to assess their suitability for the provision or continuation of facilities. You’ll work closely with client relations and business development colleagues in order to meet customer needs and expectations. In addition, when you compose your closing reports, they will be clear and identify risks along with strategies to mitigate them.

You’ll also be:

- Challenging current practices in order to improve the quality and efficiency of what we do
- Assisting with training and development to improve knowledge across the business
- Managing your own diary to ensure that audits and surveys are prioritised and completed in a timely manner

**The skills you'll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have accounting or bookkeeping experience, along with an understanding of financial software. You’ll also have knowledge of the invoice finance industry, including knowledge of the legalities of invoice discounting and factoring agreements.

We’ll also want to see:

- A driver's licence and the flexibility to visit client sites up to three times a week in areas covering, but not exclusive to Crewe, Birmingham, Coventry, North Wales, Telford, Stafford, Stoke, Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester
- The ability to review and understand statistical and financial data
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
