**Budwood Limited provides support and accommodation to young people with complex needs with our homes located across Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton & Dorchester. Due to Maternity leave, we are seeking to recruit an Administration and Training Officer. Working alongside a team in the office to fulfil a range of administration tasks and to ensure the training provision for all staff meets regulation, is effective and runs smoothly.**

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide efficient service to senior managers and Budwood homes
- Oversight of the IT booking, equipment and close liaison with the IT Support Company
- Ordering stationary
- Management of all training plans, training consultants and events
- Managing purchases for homes
- Booking and managing maintenance contracts
- Managing utility company contracts across the homes
- Office management (cleanliness, booking rooms)
- Co-ordinating H&S checks and reports across all homes
- Supporting the HR Officer with recruitment tasks, onboarding new starters
- Supporting finance officer with expenses.

**Applicant Requirements / Person Specification**
- Have a GCSE (A-C) in Maths and English

' Excellent organisational skills.
- Computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (In particular Outlook, Word and Excel).
- To have a professional manner and be able to work independently.
- To be flexible and able to cope under pressure.
- To work well as part of a team and be able to accept direction and guidance.
- To be able to communicate well.

You may come into contact with our young people, so it is essential that you maintain confidential information and that you are comfortable working with the young people in our care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
