**Summary and Key responsibilities**:
You, as a Digital Technology Coordinator supporting the SVP Digital Technology, are in charge of project and task management for the SVP office.

We are looking for someone to take ownership of tracking tasks through to completion and proactively raising any changes in plans such as delays. You will be responsible for managing a diverse set of stakeholders and communicating with executives. Also, working closely with the Business Advisor in Digital Technology and other members of the team.

You will need to have a good understanding of digital fields to autonomously address simple technical follow up questions.

Skills/Experience

We are keen to talk to people that can bring a sense of ownership to a variety of tasks across Digital Technology here at bp. The type of experience and attributes we're looking to seek is as follows:

- Extremely proactive, organized, and reliable with strong bias towards action to move initiatives from initiation through to completion
- Autonomously handle small roadblocks; proactively escalates any changes in plans /delays that cannot be resolved
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
- Sense of conviction: will stand their ground firmly and has edge
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills (especially executives). Likes to communicate progress daily.
- Good understanding of digital to address simple technical follow up questions in areas including software engineering, data analytics, and digital design)
- Knows how to bring people along and motivate others
- Ability to quickly understands the big picture and can tie back individual tasks to strategic objectives and organization vision
- Uses data driven approach to make recommendations to SVP office
- 4+ years of relevant, hands-on experience
