We’d like to train you on both front of house and kitchen roles: as barista, general café assistant and breakfast cook

**Who we are looking for**

You may have some catering experience and have worked as a barista or in a kitchen. But attitude and commitment are more important than experience. You will love good simple food and enjoy dealing with people and putting a smile on their faces..

**The job**

We’ll train you on a mixture of kitchen and front of house roles. We’re open Monday to Saturday so you will work most Saturdays. Some shifts start as early as 7.30am and finish as late as 5pm.

The café manager will be your line manager.

**The Café**

We’ve been serving delicious food and coffee in Hereford for 27 years. We have around 80 covers and we sell around 120 meals and a further 250 coffee/snacks each day.

**Pay**:
Starting rate is £11.50 per hour reviewed after first 3 months of basic training and again subsequently as you are trained in different areas.
