**Customer Team Member**
- Location: Grandstand Road, Hereford, HR4 9LT- Pay: £12 per hour- Contract: 12-20 hours per week + regular overtime, part time, permanent- Working pattern: Varied shifts including late evenings and weekends, to be discussed at interview.- Full, paid training provided-

- Friendly and thoughtful service - you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery %bakery% and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyone's day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events
