**My client is an established global professional services firm based in the City. Looking for an organised, proactive Event Administrator to join their team.
**THE ROLE**:

- Responsible for bringing ideas and brainstorming ideas
- Organising and researching venues and restaurants to host events with clients
- Booking restaurants for client lunches, coming up with table/room plans
- Using Powerpoint to create event invitations
- Sending out invitations and event details to all guests and managing responses
- Ensuring the CRM system is kept updated throughout the event process
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders/clients
- Assist with supporting internal/annual events
- Provide admin support to the wider team
- Building relationships with the Directors and third party suppliers (ie restaurants, venues, entertainment)
- First point of contact for IT
- Order new and replacement business cards

**The Person**:

- Experience in coordinating bookings, events and lunches
- Excellent communications, both written and verbally
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, Powerpoint)
- Great attention to detail
- Strong administration skills with an interest in coordinating events
