Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our customer invoicing and cash collection based from our Bournemouth office with an element of remote working.

What You Will Work On

**Invoicing and Billing**:

- Generate and distribute accurate invoices for expenses and labour to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure invoices are in compliance with company policies, local taxes and client agreements.
- Follow up on overdue payments to facilitate collections.
- Record customer payments onto the finance system.

**Customer Communication**:

- Monitor the finance teams shared mailbox.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries related to billing and invoicing.
- Address customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.

**Other tasks**:

- Accounts Payableassisting with Processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Assisting with Audits: Providing support during our yearly audit by gathering documentation and answering inquiries.
- Other Adhoc Tasksassisting with any other adhoc tasks that may be required.

Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with our operation teams to ensure that you are able to accurately create the company’s customer invoices. You will also work closely with other members of the finance team assisting with adhoc duties as required.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

It is essential that you have worked in an office based role previously.
We require someone who has strong communication skills - Effective communication in this role is necessary for interacting with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders. This position will be interacting with people in several different countries and time zones where English may not be people’s first language.
It is an advantage but not necessary if you have worked in finance previously.
It is an advantage but not necessary if you have used Salesforce previously.
As a global company business proficiency in Spanish, German or French would be an advantage but this is not necessary.

**Benefits**:

- The annual leave year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Your paid annual leave entitlement will be 25 days per annum (pro rata for part time hours).
