**About Our Client**:
Our client based in Bournemouth has recently undergone some changes with a system implementation and a change in management. To support with the day to day transactions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a backlog is prevented. The offices are easily accessible via public transport as well as those who drive.

As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Processing invoices
- Creating and raising invoices
- Chasing unpaid invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with queries from suppliers and customers
- Month end duties
- Preparing the payment run
- Allocating cash
- Handling petty cash
- Any other adhoc duties as requested

**The Successful Applicant**:
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you will:

- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on short notice
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to use systems including Excel confidently
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to adapt and multi-task
