**Voids Supervisor**

**Location - Derbyshire**

**Rate - Negotiable**

**Duration - 6-12 months rolling contract**

Sellick Partnership are working alongside a housing association recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to manage and lead the Void process ensuring that personal, financial, and performance targets are either achieved or exceeded.

The Voids Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the voids team.

This role offers a hybrid working approach, split between the office and site

**Responsibilities of the Voids Supervisor**
- Experience and understands the Social Housing Market, Voids, and Repairs and Maintenance service delivery
- Manage the delivery of void projects across the housing properties with two external contractors
- Direct line management of trade the property inspector and admin officer
- Carry out pre and post inspections through to handover of properties
- Creating good working relationships with the housing departments
- Good knowledge of health and safety legislation's
- Assist the repairs manager in the effective management of all maintenance operations across tenanted properties as and when required.
- Computer literate - The role is equally split between admin and site visits
- Have experience using Microsoft Office
- Excellent skills in Excel
- A valid driving license
