Following an internal promotion, we are recruiting a new Works Planning Supervisor to join the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Team.

Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager - Housing Maintenance and Asset Management, you will be responsible for a team providing customer service support to our tenants and works planning for the Repairs and Voids team.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including, but not limited to:

- Ensuring that a high quality, customer orientated service is delivered to all customers, both internal and external
- Ensuring repairs are carried out in the most economical way
- Working closely with the Repairs and Voids Manager and Supervisors to ensure all performance and budgetary targets are met effectively
- Effectively managing your team to perform to a high standard whilst providing a supportive work environment
- Dealing with customer complaints and works planning issues
- Providing effective technical support to Works Planners and Customer Advisors
- Contributing to the design, development and production of appropriate systems, processes, and procedures

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a similar works planning environment and experience in providing customer service. You will have an understanding of responsive repairs and the trades associated with this as well being able to work on your own initiative and take a problem-solving approach. You will also be able to work flexibly and manage competing and regularly changing priorities.
