Opportunity for a Senior Account Executive looking to move into an Account Director role.

You will cover 3 broad areas:
1) Be the head of audio-visual and events which is a niche scheme and will be a priority.

2) Look after a very large client book and front up the relationships and manage these accounts.

3) Have some senior management responsibilities, relations, compliance, and training. The compliance and training parts will ultimately pass over to the wider business in due course.

The emphasis is for someone to have a very high degree of technical expertise and to manage some of the most important client relationships but then assume the responsibility of head of schemes in the long term. They wouldn't need you to have the seniorschemes experience, the business can get you up to speed on the latter, but it will be a key component of the role moving forward.

This is a relatively small and close nit business forming part of a larger group, so will be a forward move for a n experienced Account Executive. The role would be ideal for a Senior Account Executive currently working within an independent brokerage lookingfor the opportunity to progress into a more senior role.
