This well known estate agents in Spalding are looking for a highly energetic, confident individual to join their friendly team as a lettings consultant.

The role is largely varied and will require perseverance, drive and plenty of enthusiasm. The main responsibilities will be to register applicants, arrange viewings, show properties to potential tenants and negotiate offers.

A full driving licence is essential, use of pool cars will be given.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Booking and conducting valuations.
- Booking and conducting viewings.
- Registering and matching applicants to properties.
- Qualifying applicants.
- Cold calling to bring on new business.
- Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants.

**In general, the successful individual will need**
- Excellent organisational skills / written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Must be ambitious and highly motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Local knowledge of the area is a benefit
