**Responsibilities**:
- making a targeted number of calls, building a portfolio of new clients, revisiting existing clients, offering assistance to large portfolios that require additional assistance, and providing product awareness and information to prospective clients.
- Accurately update customer data and account information within the bespoke CRM system. All training provided is internally manufactured.
- Skilfully upsell products or services tailored to customers' needs and preferences. This requires confidence, enthusiasm, and dynamic individuals.
- Engage effectively with customers, ensuring a positive experience and swift issue resolution.
- Analyse customer needs and provide well-suited solutions and recommendations.
- Handle escalated calls or challenging customers with unwavering professionalism and patience.
- Adhere to call centre scripts and procedures, ensuring consistency and top-quality service.
- Maintain a consistently high level of phone etiquette and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to analyse customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Sense of urgency understanding: we are similar to the fourth emergency service.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not required as full training is given.

We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as Call Centre Staff.
As a Call Centre Staff member at Hydro-Cleansing, your role will be pivotal in promoting our environmental waste services to prospective clients. You'll have access to up-to-date data, warm leads, and cold call lists to engage potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to generate interest and leads.
- Building and nurturing a portfolio of clients.
- Providing information about Hydro-Cleansing's services.
- Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing client concerns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
**Training Period**:
Your first three months with us will involve intensive training to equip you for success. During this period, you'll receive a base salary along with commission opportunities.
**Working Hours**:
- Office hours: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Option to work from 7:00 AM to 19:00 PM while canvassing clients.
- **Please note that remote work is not available.**
**Commission Structure**:
