We are seeking to appoint a trust-wide Rota Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term basis for 37.5 hours a week, working over 5 days to support the Family Services Division at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust.

The Rota Coordinator will be the first point of call for medical rostering, under the guidance of the Service Manager.

The Post holder will be responsible for the provision of effective rota co-ordination for the operational group to which they are aligned which will include Specialties, at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Scunthorpe General Hospital or Goole and District Hospital.

The role will also include the communication of those rotas to all parts of the Trust that require this information for either communication purposes (e.g. Switchboard) or to be able to plan clinical activity at levels that reflect the quantity of medical time available to deliver the service.
