**Digital Transformation - Banking - Operational, Process, Change**

**Contract: 6 Months**

**Rate: £600 per Day - Inside IR35**

**Location: Essex based Offices and Home Working**

The Banking and Finance arm of one of the world’s leading engineering and manufacturing companies and a household name is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead, Change Manager, Programme Manager with a proven track record in strategic growth, technology delivery and operational change.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**

**Digital Transformation - Banking - Operational, Process, Change**
- Create compelling business cases to support major strategic initiatives, enabling informed decision-making by senior management.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential investments and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform market research, and conduct competitive analysis to support business case development.
- Create detailed financial models and forecasts, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) and sensitivity analysis to assess project viability.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and risks for the organization.

**Essential Skills & Experience**

**Digital Transformation - Banking - Operational, Process, Change**

At least 5 years of experience in strategic banking transformation-led programmes and digital delivery in retail banking.

Experience in managing major third-party suppliers within the bank to ensure service delivery aligns to contracted SLAs

Implementation of major fintech platforms

Programme budgeting/forecasting.

Advanced business case completion

End-to-end programme management.

End-to-end banking operations.

Banking reform/organisational redesign.

Advanced business process modelling.

Platform integrations through API (SaaS, IPaaS etc).

Data analytics/Data migration and management.

Digital transformation/UX design.

Risk management and operational resilience.

Financial modelling

Support the design of a new Operations department

Opportunity identification

Strategic planning and decision-making

Market research and competitive analysis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £600.00 per day
