**Job Summary**

Service Innovation Group UK are looking to recruit on a permanent basis for a Regional Field Co-ordinator to fully manage the field merchandiser bookings for one of our key accounts, whilst supporting with all other client booking management tasks.

The role requires an organised and structure approach to all tasks, a determination to work to deadlines, manage multiple priorities and see all tasks through to completion. We need someone who has excellent Excel skills and is a good communicator.

**Role Responsibilities**
- To fully manage the booking process for one of our key clients in accordance with their deadlines and KPI’s; creating geographical territories, balancing field team workloads, in order, to complete a booking template for distribution to the field team workers.
- Monitoring the bookings acceptance, follow up responses with individuals and reassigning declined booking
- Work alongside the wider Client and Operations teams to ensure schedules and deadlines are cohesive with the companies’ wider objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior management and document action plans.
- Work with the client to deliver against set KPI’s and SLA’s
- Working with senior operations team managers to ensure that all other client bookings are fulfilled by the deadlines.
- To be pro-active in all areas of operations, seeking to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the field team, the Client and Service Support team, ensuring effective completion of activities to deliver timely, quality assured execution of the activity

**Desirable Experience & Skills**
- Excellent Excel skills - the ability to manage large amounts of data, work across multiple files and use formulas
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and follow through from start to finish on each task
- Good all round communication skills
- Highly effective written & verbal communicator
- Experience in field marketing is advantageous
- Strong MS office skills - particularly Excel
