**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can help us in our mission to improve people’s wellbeing every day. Our Production Operatives are a pivotal part of the success of the products and customer experience we provide. Reporting to the Production Manager, our Production & Warehouse Operative role is responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the production & quality control of our natural products, efficient running of the warehouse, management and dispatch of stock.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Production responsibilities**
- **Prepare and Blend Natural Products**: Skillfully hand-blend, measure, and mix ingredients to create our supplements, oils, and natural juices following precise recipes and guidelines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards.
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Ensure that the production area is clean, organised, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities produced, and any issues encountered.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels and notifying the team & the Production & Warehouse Manager when stock needs to be replenished.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to meet production targets and troubleshoot any production-related issues

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a production role is preferred. We value enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- A passion for natural health products and ethical practices is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects.
- Basic computer skills for printing labels and work orders in ERP
- Good Verbal and written English is essential
- Basic Food Safety and Health and Safety knowledge is essential.
- Operating machinery in the production line

Strictly non-smokers only. Living close to W3 Acton will be preferred.

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Salary: £27,500 per year
- Contributory pension scheme.
- 20 days paid holiday, in addition to public holidays, and 1 extra day on your birthday, additional days during Christmas and New Year's Eve.
- Participation in the company bonus scheme after a qualifying period.

**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (8-hour shift with 1 hour paid lunch, 40 hours a week)
