The purpose of this role is to support the introduction of our health, safety and environmental management system into the new facilities, enabling the facilities to move from construction into operation. The HSE Systems Coordinator role supports all HSE systems and data management across RRSL operations.

**What you will be doing**:
With this exciting opportunity, the key deliverables will be:

- You will efficiently deliver system administration & regular reports and dashboards for contribution to the wider business performance management
- You will collaborate with architecture and operational IT teams to ensure solution compatibility with business and company standards
- You will influence and contribute to the HSE Technology roadmap ensuring that business needs are considered within the HSE functional plans
- You will ensure that the Technical debt is managed with the IT team and appropriate actions are taken to ensure that it is reduced to a minimum

- Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing at senior levels and across functions
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, and your ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage others in the importance of HS&E and data management
