We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join an established company in the Tuxford area within their Sales and Customer Service Departments.
This business, who are leading distributor in their field are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their expanding team as they develop and grow the business.
The Responsibilities of Role (but are not limited to):
- To prepare delivery and collection notes
- To prepare customer invoices
- To process supplier purchase orders
- To assist the commercial department with all administrative activities
- To take telephone calls and process customer requests
- To maintain excel spreadsheets
- To process orders
- To chase sales leads
- To prepare quotations for customers
- Any other admin requirements as they occur
The role would be suitable for an experienced administrator who is enthusiastic and work well in a small but busy team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday. 08:30am to 4:30pm and is full-time on-site role with a salary between £23,000 - £25,000 per year. (dependant on experience)
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
