Daytime Healthcare are currently working with a well-established care company who are currently looking for Registered Nurses to join their team
This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact to the residents health and well-being within the home.
There are both night and day positions available on a permanent basis.
**The Role;**
- To carry out nursing procedures and to lead the clinical care for residents on a shift basis.
- To follow policies and procedures and to act within standards of NMC.
- Medication administration and to monitor their health and well-being.
- To act accordingly in emergency situations and to update files/ care plans.
- Nutrition and hydration oversight including practical support at mealtimes - Diabetes management and clinical oversight.
**Requirements;**
- A Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
- Evidence of CPD
- To work a flexible shift pattern
- Good communication skills
