Job Summary

Senior Scrub Nurse – ODP - Orthopaedics

Ramsay Health Care Clinical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrub Nurse to join our Orthopaedics team. As a Senior Scrub Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinical team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a Senior Scrub Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert scrub nursing care to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery
  • Working collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Providing education and training to junior staff members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) – Desirable but not essential
  • Experience in orthopaedics, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciate ligaments reconstruction would be an advantage
