**Your role**

As Services Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all customer services requests. The post holder would be required to meet service level agreements, resolve escalations and provide reporting; acting as the first escalation point for customers, suppliers and team members. We are looking for a self-organised and solution-oriented individual who can contribute to team efforts and work effectively independently.

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer support environment or equivalent
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
- A team player and a self-starter who is goal oriented and flexible
- Project planning, scheduling and reporting skills
- Well organised and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
