**At Berry CPI, in our Blow Moulding Specialties Business Unit, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Leader with experience and know-how in the Blow Moulding industry to join us as Sales Director - BMS**

Our BMS segment is looking for a senior Sales Director who can coordinate and maximise revenue, tonnage, profitability and customer service for all existing and potential clients across Europe (excluding designated Berry Global Key Accounts), through the provision of sustained high-quality top to bottom service excellence in all areas of the business. Pivotal to the role is developing our presence across Europe, supported through the regional production facilities. Mentoring and co-ordinating the Europe-wide external core commercial teams and developing the Business Team to maximise sales is essential in driving achievement of this goal. It involves pro-active account management, new product development for standard, customised standard and custom projects and high engagement in the promotion thereof. You will be responsible for business development across the sites in Europe, maximising our overall portfolio and leveraging the network of Berry Global to impact the profitable growth of the business.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Responsible for delivering the BMS growth plan in Sales and EBITDA, through building and maintaining a high performing Sales team: providing direction and coaching, positioning the team correctly to enhance strengths and assigning challenging and engaging objectives enforcing sales effectiveness and commercial excellence.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and the impact on pricing and positioning policy and other business matters relevant to remain service based supplier of choice
- Co-ordinate activity internally with the Operational Management teams in Sales, Marketing, Production, Planning, Quality, Finance and Logistics to effect high quality and service delivery in line with the aspirations of service leadership in the industry
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager who manages the CSM teams to deliver the performance required
- Identify opportunities for the development of standard or bespoke products and services that meets both the existing and future aspirations of the customer base. Build the financial case and capex to support standard product introductions
- Identify key technological investments needed to fulfil the service plus model needs and support cases for capex associated with this.
- Be personally involved with core accounts for reasons of growth, sensitivity, complexity or strategic importance to the Sales effort and the business (including direct account management for 2 IKA > 5M$)
- Ensure we meet the aspirations of Berry's vision on sustainable and recyclable solutions. Anticipate market trends and customer needs, positioning Berry to have a competitive advantage
- Knowledge and awareness of all commercial aspects of the business
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business

Qualifikationen:

- Proven sales experience with 4+ years in a sales leadership position
- KA management experience essential
- New business development track record
- Customer development ability and understanding of the market place
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of our technology range BM/IM/ISBM and all aspects of decoration
- Proven experience of involvement in continuous improvement initiatives to identify business improvements
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales
- Industry experience preferred
- Energy, confidence and autonomy
- Strong decision making abilities
- Professional fluent English a must, other languages a plus
- Advanced O365 skills
- Must be mobile and be able to travel frequently.
