**Job description**

You are the voice of our business and therefore you will need to ensure your personality, professionalism and engaging personality comes through in the form of exceptional customer experience.

**The Role**:
As a customer service advisor, you are responsible for providing a quick, effortless, and exceptional customer service experience to our clients’ customers via a variety of platforms such as: telephony, live chat, case management or back office.

The types of queries you will deal with will range from order processing, general account queries and amendments, billing queries and technical support, depending on the customer requirements.

**Salary**:

- **£22,672 p/a basic salary**

In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn bonus through incentive initiatives throughout the year

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (ideally with contact centre experience)
- You will have a natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to build rapport quickly with customers
- You will have good listening skills and be intuitive to identify and react to how customers are feeling and be able to respond in a positive and engaging manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to targets but ensure customer experience is your primary focus

**Training**:

- 4 weeks training Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

**Working Hours**:

- You will work 5 days out of 7 between Mon and Sun

(We do require full flexibility between 8am and 8pm Mon to Sun)
