Our client are a leading payroll services business who are currently expanding their team. If you are an experienced sales executiveand you enjoy building relationships with clients, this could be the role for you

**Role and Responsibilities**

To support all aspects of the sales cycle to include (but not limited to):

- Setting up new clients where a worker is transferring
- Supporting both Account Manager and Sales Director whilst they are out visiting client/prospects
- Outbound calling to businesses promoting the company’s products and services
- Speaking to decision makers and qualifying their need for a specific product & gaining information on their current suppliers
- Providing quotations and information on the company products
- Ensuring all contractual terms (via Signables) are agreed with new clients
- Building and developing relationship with new clients
- Ensure all individual appointment and sales targets are achieved and general sales targets are understood
- Continually strive to maximize sales opportunities
- Support other internal departments where required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of outbound tele sales and relationship building
- B2B experience with strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Consistent high achiever, driven, resilient, and motivated by targets
- Must be able to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise
- Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
- Be able to develop and build rapport with customers
