Rhino Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Cardiff office. Rhino is a well-established construction recruitment provider who have formed partnerships with some of the largest contractors in the U.K. Combining traditional recruiting methods with leading technology, Rhino is a modern agency with people

**Responsibilities include**:

- Making calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads
- Pitching to prospective customers and negotiating our fees
- Assessing applicants and CVs
- Building positive and lasting working relationships within industry

**What we look for**:

- Experience of hitting and managing sales targets
- Experience of being accountable for KPI’s
- Proficiency with IT systems
- Excellent ability to communicate, especially being persuasive.
- High levels of tenacity and accountability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

- United Kingdom (required)
