**Learning and Development Advisor | Lincoln | Competitive Salary**

Our client is leading services based company, where they are looking for a highly capable Learning and Development Advisor to join their team in Lincoln. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and to have the opportunity to be instrumental in delivering first class learning and development initiatives and training. This position requires a confident L&D Advisor who will be responsible for leading in areas of learning and development initiatives, designing, and delivering training content across the business.**Learning and Development Advisor outline of responsibilities**:

- Systems reporting, communication, training to ensure Managers optimise the functionality of the new and current system
- Delivery of Management and Leadership training programmes, via a blended approach, to aspiring and existing Managers across our client's organisation.
- Process mapping of L&D processes impacted by current and future modules
- Demand mapping from PDR requests and matching to suitable L&D solutions (including blended learning, e learning and face to face solutions)
- Create, publish, and maintain the L&D calendar
- Design and deliver internal training solutions within areas of own expertise
- Supporting the L&D requirements of the HR team and delivering appropriate solutions
- Design and run creative and engaging learning experiences, reviewing content to ensure learning is relevant and remains quality driven.
- Manage programmes and track learner progress
- Be a driving force, provide inspiration and work together with internal colleagues, to support the successful delivery of our programmes.
- Coach and develop managers to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
- Undertake any necessary administration.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.

**Requirements for the Learning and Development Advisor**:

- Confidence in systems reporting, solutions & training. Experience of SAP SF would be an advantage
- Design and delivery of training solutions (virtual and face to face), using training functionality
- Experience of designing and delivering leadership training and eLearning content
- Excellent digital skills and confidence in using data analysis to lead decision making
- Prioritisation of workload and adaptability to change course when required
- Ability to build a strong network of stakeholders to gain insight into business requirements and partner managers in finding solutions
- Experience of working in a multi-site business and provision of communication and delivery solutions tailored to engaging people across different sites, demographics and departments would be an advantage.
