**Salary**: £60-70,000 plus 15% bonus and car allowance
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid - West Midlands - 1 day a week in the office
A leading national organisation based in West Midlands is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Manager to join their department and lead the payroll function.
Reporting into the Finance Director, this Payroll Manager position will have responsibility for a large team processing high volume payrolls.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with the HMRC, software providers and pension provides when required.
- Stakeholder management - effective and long lasting relationships.
- Streamlining processes in line with current regulations.
- Payroll reporting to key stakeholders and Finance.
- Managing team performance and workloads.
- Acting as the final point of escalation for payroll queries.
To be considered for this Payroll Manager position, applicants must have at least 5 years payroll management experience, have experience of managing payroll volumes in excess of 5000 staff, strong leadership experience and the ability to communication withstakeholders effectively.
