**SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING ASSISTANT** **JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Creating, posting to and engaging with digital content on the companies social channels
- Reviewing engagement and building followers
- Liaising with colleagues at all levels to develop newsworthy content
- Creating promotional collateral to promote the business
- Managing the database and creating enewsletters
- Updating the website through the CMS
- Analysing client feedback surveys and reviews
- Liaising with Marketing Departments in partnership organisations to maximise value of these relationships and participate in initiatives.
- Co-ordinating attendance at trade exhibitions
- Liaising with suppliers including Design and PR agencies, Web support and printers
