We are supporting our client who is a provider in private therapeutic supported living that specialises in offering exceptional support and accommodation to young people 16-18 with behavioural and emotional needs.
Qualities we are looking for, you must be **passionate about working with children** and possess the ability to build a good rappor with the children and demonstrate a commitment to proving outstanding support
**Able to think on your feet and engage with children.**
Recruiting for our locations based in Chester.

**Person Specification and Skills**
You must be:
- Serious about a career in support
- Wanted to develop your skills further and grow with the business
- Able to work shifts, you can choose your days
- Enthusiastic & highly motivated
- An energetic team worker, able to handle difficult situations with humour and tact
- Committed to working with children & young people
- Resilient
- Enthusiastic & highly motivated
- Able to make decisions and support others
- Creative & be able to use your own initiative;
- Poses excellent written, IT & communication skills
- Committed to personal development / reflective practice
- A full UK Driving License is preferred due to location and ability to transport residents too and from appointments

**Experience**:
Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Care/Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (preferred)
Driving Licence Preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £16.00-£18.50 per hour
