?We are currently recruiting for an OEM Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing, directing and executing sales and account management efforts across EMEA. You will develop and implement sales strategies, play a lead role in developing the company'sstrategic plan, product and roadmaps. As OEM Sales Manager it is necessary that you have a technical capability due to the highly engineered system sales that our client sells into. Ultimately, you will be the champion for customers, bringing opportunitiesand projects to the Business and nurturing new accounts once you have developed interest.

Importantly, this is a remote role, you are going to be responsible for your own movements and client management. With the majority of OEM clients based in Northern Europe, you would be required to make trips to Europe at least once a month while utilisingmodern technologies to ensure regular contact is kept and had with all major clients. There is a small selection of potential OEM customers based in the UK and so they would of course be key targets for you.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage OEM relationships, including managing a current book of business
- Work with Engineering team to deliver technical solutions to engine and battery driven equipment.
- Must be able to articulate the value proposition of the business and its products, present to large groups, and attend trade shows.
- Understand and actively help to refine and influence customer expectations, needs & specifications.
- Participate in regular customer project calls, managing the commercial topics and verifying we are meeting technical requirements.
- Conducts calls and travel to customer sites as required by market opportunities.
- Support development and execution of regional growth strategies.
- Develop and execute lead generation programs.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (regional, channel, and customer level).
- Develops territory forecasts and maintains an opportunity funnel for the general business and solutions opportunities.
- Develop long term agreements and contracts with major OEM Customers and distributors

**Experience and Skills**
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in Technical Sales
- Successful track record of sales and customer interface in technical marketplace
- Previous experience of working with clients based outside of the UK
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Technical Sales function,
- Must have a sound understanding of principles and concepts in Sales & Marketing and a basic understanding of other functional areas
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to close
- Interact regularly with internal functions and external customers to provide a range of information and/or services
- Ability to perform well under pressure generated by day-to-day demands of existing customers
- 2nd language - deemed an advantage

To confirm, you may be located anywhere in the UK as this is a fully functioning remote role. Flexibility of overseas travel is necessary at least 2-3 days per month. The position comes with a healthy salary as well as an OTE of 27% of your starting salary,among other benefits
