Area to be covered: South Coast (Weymouth to Southampton up to the M4)
Remuneration: £35,000 - £37,000 + uncapped commission giving circa £5,000 - £25,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles / Tiling Accessories will involve:
- Field sales role selling a manufactured range floor and wall tiles and associated products such as: tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, wetrooms, sanitaryware, screeds etc
- All of your time will be spent selling to tile fixers, tiling contractors, main contractors, regional housing developers, housing associations and local authorities
- Inheriting an established area that is currently turning over approx £400k, capable of doing at least £1.5m
- Will be given 400 accounts to manage however will still be expected to generate new business from those accounts
- Typical order value of between £2k-£200k
- Reporting into National Sales Manager
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles / Tiling Accessories with:
- Must have proven track record in construction field sales (open on products sold)
- Open on route to market
- Might consider someone from an internal sales / branch role
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Stable career history and positive can do approach
