- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Deal with staff phoning in sick when the manager is unavailable and reporting to clients/our other admin
- Basic book keeping on QuickBooks and invoices
- Deal with stock ordering
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping/invoicing systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
