Hourly rate up to £13 per hour

Monday to Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Can be some flexibility with hours worked during the week, ideally full time.

Temporary Administrator required for manufacturing facility in Hadleigh, Suffolk. To work with the Engineering Manager in updating a new Contractor Management System. This will involve communication with contractor companies to update and upload documentation onto the new system, managing their compliance and authorisation to work on the site and also assisting with the induction of contractors onto the new system.

Other duties will including processing of purchase orders and general administration for the engineering team. Some experience with SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage. Must be proficient using Excel.
