An opportunity to join a reputable, family-owned, national leisure and tourism business has arisen for an experienced Reception Manager.Working in a stunning location on the North Wales Coast near Caernarfon you will be able to showcase your administration,customer service & people management skills whilst working within a small dynamic team
As a Reception Manager, you will be:

- Delivering an exceptional service, anticipating & fulfilling guests needs wherever possible
- Providing a 5* customer service experience, promoting a helpful and professional image
- Supervising staff, managing their recruiting, training, and development etc.
- Supervising the operation of the reception department
- Ensuring all reservation procedures are in line with company requirements
- Effectively maximise revenue at every opportunity
- Assisting with administration and other tasks as required

We are keen to hear from you if you have:

- A strong background in customer service and people management
- Excellent IT and administration skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships on site
- A wide range of transferable skills, are enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Flexibility to work weekends
