**About Our Client**:
This reputable manufacturer within the industrial sector provide innovative solutions to construction businesses in over 50 countries worldwide. The business prides themselves on their personal and high quality service and long lasting relationships with customers.

As a Sales Administrator you will:

- Attend management calls to discuss sales margins, reviewing quotations, reporting on risk factors and common trends that arise.
- Ensure that sales quotations are accurate and in line with service levels and governance and clearly outline costing which has been agreed with logistics team.
- Having customer service levels in mind, complete deep dive research into customer account analytics including volume or orders and costs to improve understanding of key accounts.
- Develop and manage customer contract review processes identifying risks and exposure working with Commercial Team and Governance.
- Update and manage sales forecast using the internal ERP/CRM system.

**The Successful Applicant**:
As a Sales Administrator you will have:

- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT efficient including the use of CRM or ERP systems
- Be a good team player as well as having the ability to work independently
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be within commutable distance to Solihull
