Our client is recruiting a Level 3 (Senior) Service Advisor with superb technical knowledge, and a professional attitude, to their Cheshire Oaks Dealership with the ambition to ensure that the highest quality of service is maintained.

As a Level 3 (Senior) Service Advisor you will support the Aftersales Manager where needed, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times for vehicle servicing and repair. As a Level 3 (Senior) Service Advisor you are the principal point of contact for all customer escalations while the vehicle is in their Cheshire Oaks site.

You will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills to deal with customers face-to-face or over the phone. Always delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers. As a Level 3 (Senior) Service Advisor you are quick to identify the needs of the customers and opportunities to upsell. You can work to tight timescales and thrive on the pressure of a busy service department.

Alongside your customer-first attitude, you will maximize sales, maintain customer retention and overachieve targets. Passion for the product and delivering incredible customer service will be evident in everything you do. As a Level 3 (Senior) Service Advisor you will be responsible for overseas the front-of-house team, directly reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

This role will act as a senior within the team and therefore will include the following additional responsibilities;
- Deputizing for the service manager when they are away from the business
- Manage customer escalations and complaints
- Debt recovery duties
- Maintain service excellence through KPIs
- Hosting meetings, carrying overs, and new issues with the team
- Encourage team building and morale
- Support the service manager with management duties i.e. rotas, delegating tasks, facilitating meetings, etc.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To provide an outstanding level of customer care ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction at all times
- Book service and repair work always ensuring workshop and parts availability
- To keep customers fully informed of progress and advise of extra work needed
- To organize loan car bookings
- To invoice on time and accurately used warranty transactions are submitted and invoiced daily
- To obtain and process payments according to company policy
- To achieve hours sold targets as a member of a motivated team, Ensuring the WIP is kept to a minimum.
- To maintain accurate customer records
- Help deliver balanced scorecard results for the department to meet Manufacturers' expectations
- To make telephone follow-up / Upsell / Progress calls
- To convert as many inbound/outbound calls into bookings as possible
