**What you will be doing**
You will join the team that works well together to provide care for woman with mental health, personality disorders, Autism and associated challenges. Whether you have been a Healthcare Assistant or a Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to supportpeople to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

**Where you will be working**
Location:The Woodmill ,Exeter Road,Cullompton,EX151EA
The Woodmill is a mental health service for women requiring rehabilitation to support them getting back into the community, where conditions may include personality disorders, Autism and associated challenges.
Working at The Woodmill is an ideal opportunity for people from secure ward settings who are looking for a less restrictive environment and are keen to support active rehabilitation and community participation.
Standard shifts are 12 hours a day, working 3 days one week, 4 days the next.**What you will get**
