**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the Institutional team, including the team head, and be primarily focused on the Italian Institutional business and to the Sovereign business across EMEA ex-UK region
- Internal and external communications, including client reporting, CRM activities, sales presentation and administrative tasks
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams and partner with the centralized functions to ensure accurate and on time execution of client requests and business activities

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Capacity to operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with both internal partners and clients
- Supporting relationship management, sales efforts and business development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Pro-active attitude, ability to follow-up on issues and ensure timely responses
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good technical and analytic skills. An understanding of investment processes, risks, market and macro-economic framework is an advantage
- Understand and adhere to the regulatory and compliance framework3 years Graduate degree
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Basic knowledge of the European institutional market and its dynamics
- Fluent in both English and Italian
