**Reservations**
- To Manage all invoices and messages from OTA channels
- To manager daily room upgrade and special requests and future bookings 7 days ahead
- To Manager all show round enquiries and keeping track of all sales or declined events
- To Manage all group bookings and pre payment
- To Manage all parking enquiries and bookings for residents
- To manage all bookings for dog walk requests

**Events and Group bookings**
- Managing event and group enquiries
- Co-ordinate events from start to finish and be the main point of contact throughout the process.
- Maintaining and building relationships with regular businesses and guests
- Conduct showrounds for prospective customers for groups, meetings, and events along with assisting with client visits and familiarisation trips.
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Support with sales plans, activities, presentations, and promotions.
- Assist with a range of reporting such as weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue tracking for the department.
- Accurately input all data into Sales and Reservations system
- Attendance at departmental meetings, hotel morning meetings, sales meetings etc. when required.
- Actively work as part of a team to achieve the department objectives and budget.
- Any other reasonable requests made by the Group Sales and Revenue leadership team.

- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Flexible and able to work weekends
- Confident in presenting weekly forecast and sales to date
- Has a creative mind in making sure all avenues have been discussed with the guest to make the event is going ahead and successful
- Experience with Opera PMS desirable (training provided)
