We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and team focused **Customer Service Advisor**to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract, full-time on a **rolling shift pattern of 08.00-16.00 and 09.00-17.00 **at our **Sales & Distribution division** on site in **Banbury.**

**As a Customer Services Advisor, your duties will include**:

- Evaluate and process all incoming orders against system information ensuring it is in line with agreed pricing, lead times and order quantities
- Acknowledge receipt of orders and provide Proof of Delivery
- Ensure all customer service queries and issues are resolved to an exceptional standard promptly and efficiently
- Answer and transfer internal and external telephone calls and provide cover for Reception as required
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients, building strong professional relationships

- You will strive to deliver outstanding customer service to all your clients, whether they are in or outside of the business
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have great Microsoft Office skills
- You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload effortlessly
- Working as part of a small, busy team will be important to you
- You will be adaptable, resilient and thrive in an ever-changing environment
