The University of Manchester’s Student Support and Wellbeing Team, sitting within the Advice and Response Team, is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Assistant Project Officer to join our team and take responsibility for the promotion and delivery of evidence-based student wellbeing communications and events based around proactive approaches to wellbeing, and particularly the University’s Six Ways to Wellbeing framework.

You will be joining a dedicated and experienced team of colleagues who are committed both to providing first class support to students and also to delivering proactive wellbeing initiatives. You will be working closely alongside the Advice and Response Project Officer and existing Student Support and Wellbeing Assistant Project Officers in addition to the Online Resources Development & Web Administrator. You will also work closely with other colleagues within the DSE and across the University.

We expect applicants to have experience in a similar role at the same level, which may have been gained in Higher Education or a related field. We additionally expect applicants to be sensitive to the complexity and nuance of cases the Division handles, and to seek to engage in continued professional development in this area.
