**Transformation Specialist**

**Salary**: Up to £45,000 Per Annum

**Location**: Salford

The company is looking for a Transformation Specialist to lead in countrywide continuous improvement initiatives with the aim to improve both the customer journey and operational excellence throughout the End-to-End business lifecycle.

**The role**
- You will work across the organisation to create operational efficiency/effectiveness improvement based on agreed engagement plans with the management teams.
- The Transformation Specialist is instrumental in development, promoting and utilising Lean methodology to ensure it is optimised to meet the future business needs.
- The role requires a self-organised individual with strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and moving environment always focusing on desired outcome.

**Main areas of responsibility**
- Operationalizing the Lean methodology, practices and thinking to maximise benefit to the business
- Supporting and further developing lean training
- With an ever-changing market situation, new regulatory requirements, adjusting customer needs and increased digitalisation the company believes is the key to drive continuous transformation in a structured systematic approach. Doing so, they ensure businessagility to adopt new technology and innovation to even accelerate transformation and improve their outcome.

**Desired skills and experience**
- Extensive experience of implementing and/or developing a business system
- Understanding of Business Process Management
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
