We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison to join our team. You will need to be a skilled communicator who can make strong connections with a wide range of clients who experiences there own individual challenges. This position will entail working with the executive team to develop effective client relations and with the delivery team (Counsellors).

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and document customer's information.
- Use good judgement when dealing with customers, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Offer empathy to all clients
- Communicate with customers.
- Experience of using CRM systems, to update client records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Volunteer
