We are currently looking to recruit AIGL Team Leaders to join the team at Tregoyd House. As AIGL Team Leader you will lead a team of AIGLs to deliver a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience to our guests in a residential outdoor setting. You will support the smooth running of the operation and ensure our guests’ have a fantastic experience.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- ** **Leading a team of Activity Instructors/Group Leaders;
- Acting as a role model by demonstrating the highest possible standards of behaviour;
- Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy AIGL department;
- Delivering the highest levels of external and internal customer service;
- Ensuring the centre’s product quality, training, equipment, safety and base aesthetics meet PGL standards;
- Maintaining high levels of safety within the workplace;
