Renal Anaemia Clerk

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and keen individual to come and take their place with us in the Renal Department to support the Renal Anaemia Service to work as a Renal Anaemic Clerk, Band 2.
This is a part time, 18-hour post, to be worked over 3 days (Wednesday to Friday).
You will provide comprehensive administration and telephone support to our Renal Anaemia Team. The Renal Anaemia Clerk will be based in Renal Services and will be collating blood results for the EPO prescribing team, communicating with patients and external agencies regarding EPO prescriptions, processing IV Iron referrals including booking patients into appointments slots and general admin duties.
