Parts Advisor

Our client is a privately owned Truck dealership in the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced **Parts Advisor** to join their team at their Rainton Depot. They are looking for someone who has a **proven commercial parts experience** ideally within a franchised dealership.
You must provide the highest standard of quality and service; and build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering specialist parts, and undertaking inventory checks to ensure all parts are delivered and are correct.
You will be expected to maintain your own product knowledge and awareness of promotions etc.
**Salary**:dependent on experience
**Main Duties**:
- Handle the day-to-day running of the stores.
- Receipting in and booking out of parts
- Serve both the front and back counter.
- Booking parts to job cards and checking over job cards
- Carrying out perpetual stock checks
- Completing reports when required
- Handle warranty and surcharge parts

**Key Skills**:
- Able to work in a time-sensitive department.
- Excellent customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers.
- Ability to provide sound advice and guidance on products and parts. Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Knowledge of stock control
- Team player
- IT Literate
- Full UK driving license required.
- Forklift truck licence (desirable)
