Job role: CNC Turner, Setter & Operator
**Salary**: £30,000-£36,000 DoE
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 13:30 on a Friday
**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent
Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holidays
Overtime: Time 1/3
Benefits: Pension and on-site parking available
The Company:
Interaction have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising in the aerospace, automotive and motorsport industries based in Wellingborough on their search for an experienced CNC Turner, Setter & Operator. Our client has just signed a newcontract with an existing customer and are now looking to add to their busy Turning team.
The Role:
- You will set and operate multi axis lathes on a variety of different machines
- You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
- You will be using Fanuc controlled machinery.
- You will join the busy Turning section and be extremely important to the running of the team
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as CNC Turner, Setter and Operator (essential)
- Experience within the Motorsport industry (advantageous)
- Apprentice Trained (advantageous)
- Experience using Fanuc controls (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
- Self-motivated
The Benefits:
- £30,000-£36,000 salary dependent on experience
- Overtime readily available at time 1/3
- 33 days including bank holidays
